With 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths - the Coastal Getaway can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

Unfortunately no.  We have to be mindful of guests with allergies, and despite deep cleaning in between visits, guests with severe allergies can still be affected. 

Yes!  Not all rental properties at Reunion Resort hold a membership with club privileges, but we do.  Our partners at Reunion Resort can assist you with more detailed questions, or link to the Reunion Resort where they will be happy to assist with reservations, tee times, bike rentals and much more.

Absolutely.  We designed and equipped this house to accommodate families with children of all ages.  Beyond the themed bedrooms there are ample seating and gaming areas to enjoy quality family time.  There is a travel crib, high chair and stroller for your use.  Also, the pool has a child-safe gate.

Yes indeed.  We have plenty of cookware, tableware, silverware and every appliance imaginable to make you feel at home.  The brand new outdoor kitchen is also equipped with a prep sink and refrigerator for when you feel like grilling (we only ask that you clean the grill after each use).

There are multiple options just minutes away.  You may also find it easier to use a delivery service for groceries or food service using common delivery applications like Istacart and Doordash.  There are also shopping outlets nearby for a variety of goods and services.

Palmilla Legacy has complimentary high-speed internet.  You will find the network name and password in the house when you arrive.  Any problems with the internet, please call Reunion Resort and they will help you troubleshoot the issue.

All of the television remotes are programmed for specific rooms and devices.  Please be sure to keep each remote in proximity to the proper device, otherwise you may lose some functionality.  See more information posted below under Tips, Tricks & Manuals.

Most do, but the ones that are not connected to cable are "smart" televisions - capable of streaming programs using Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple TV and the like.

There are detailed instructions posted below the large screen.  Please do not remove controllers from the Theater- they are programmed to work in the Theater  ONLY.

Of course.  In addition to the professional arcade games we have for you, we also have an Xbox Series S with two controllers - just sign in and play.  You may also want to bring your own console and plug in to any of our HD televisions with available ports.  

Note: there is a secret gaming room inside the Space themed bedroom that kids love!

There is a timer on the house near the hose reel.  Simply turn on the timer and the spa and spa heat will come on for the time you set.

We do have a pool heater that is controlled remotely by Reunion Resort.  Let them know if you want the pool heat on and they can do it remotely for a modest charge.

Pool water will evaporate in the Florida sun.  The pool level should be about halfway up the tile coping.  If the level is low, feel free to add water using the hose reel - just turn the water on and set the fill timer for an hour which will bring up the level about 3 inches.  Or call Reunion at  407-662-1000 if you are not comfortable.
